Glassy Goodness

Son is honing his glasswork skills, as you can see.

His art marbles and phone charms are now available in the Craft ACT Shop in Civic. He's submitted his application to the Flower Marble course with John Kobuki next July at the Corning Museum of Glass in upstate New York (a big adventure!!!). He's had some commissions. And he's started making geckoes!

You can see more photos of his work here. He is slowly getting his Etsy shop started too, so stay tuned :)

I already know how incredibly proud you are of him :) These are fantastic (of course) and I really hope (in fact I know) that he will grow in this art in leaps and bounds. Go Rodger!

All I can say is WOW and double WOW. Looks like that guy has found his niche. Turns out the Corning Museum of Glass is only about a 4 hour drive from me....

Nisi, the things he is making are so beautiful. You certainly have creative gene's. Love the etsy shop (etsy is my favourite website, you can spend so much time wondering at the beautiful things on there). Cheers Nikki
